Navi Mumbai International Airport — Terminal Interior Fit-Out
Client: Shapoorji Pallonji
Paramvir Enterprises supplied battery scissor lifts and trained manpower for the interior fit-out of a new terminal building at Navi Mumbai International Airport, enabling safe and efficient ceiling, MEP, and facade installation work across a 200,000 sq ft area.
Challenge
The terminal's soaring 18-metre ceilings and strict airside safety regulations demanded emission-free access equipment that could operate quietly alongside other active trades. The project timeline was aggressive, with multiple contractors working simultaneously in overlapping zones, leaving zero room for equipment downtime or safety incidents.
Solution
We deployed a fleet of 14m and 10m battery scissor lifts — emission-free and low-noise — alongside a team of 25 certified operators trained in airside safety protocols. Equipment was rotated on a planned maintenance schedule to guarantee zero downtime, and our on-site supervisor coordinated daily with the main contractor to manage access zones and avoid trade clashes.
Results
- Zero safety incidents across 8 months of operations
- 200,000+ sq ft of ceiling and MEP installation completed on schedule
- Battery-powered lifts eliminated exhaust fumes inside the enclosed terminal
- 25 trained operators reduced the client's need to hire and train their own crew
- Equipment uptime maintained above 98% through preventive maintenance

Adani Connex Data Center — Server Hall Ceiling Installation
Client: Adani Connex
Paramvir Enterprises provided battery-operated scissor lifts for cable tray routing and ceiling installation inside a Tier-4 data centre, meeting the facility's strict zero-emission and vibration-control requirements.
Challenge
The client required access equipment for overhead cable tray and ceiling panel installation inside a live-adjacent server hall. Standard diesel or petrol lifts were ruled out due to strict air-quality and vibration limits designed to protect sensitive IT infrastructure. Equipment also had to pass through standard 2.4-metre doorways and operate between server racks with minimal clearance.
Solution
We selected our compact 8m and 10m battery scissor lifts — the narrowest in our fleet — ensuring they could pass through doorways and navigate the tight corridors between server rack rows. Battery power meant zero exhaust, zero fumes, and minimal vibration. Operators were briefed on data centre protocols including ESD awareness, restricted zone access, and clean-room-grade housekeeping.
Results
- Zero air-quality or vibration alarms triggered during the project
- All 3 server halls completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule
- Equipment navigated aisles as narrow as 1.2 metres without incident
- Client extended the rental contract for ongoing facility maintenance
- Fully battery-powered operation eliminated fuel logistics inside the secure facility

Commercial High-Rise Facade — Suspended Platform Deployment
Client: Suroj Buildcon
Paramvir Enterprises deployed ZLP630 suspended platforms and trained rope-access operators for external facade glazing and waterproofing on a 32-storey commercial tower, completing the exterior envelope on schedule despite monsoon-season weather disruptions.
Challenge
The 32-storey tower's curtain wall installation required safe, high-capacity external access for workers handling heavy glass panels and waterproofing materials at heights up to 100 metres. The project spanned the monsoon season, introducing high winds and rain that could halt suspended platform operations. The client needed guaranteed manpower availability alongside the equipment to avoid idle-time costs.
Solution
We installed four ZLP630 suspended platforms on the building's rooftop parapet, each rated to 630 kg — sufficient for two glaziers plus glass panels and sealant. Our crew of 12 trained suspended-platform operators worked in rotating shifts to maximise productive hours around weather windows. A dedicated rigger and safety supervisor managed daily wind-speed checks and platform inspections before every shift.
Results
- 32 storeys of curtain wall glazing completed within the 6-month schedule
- Zero fall-from-height incidents across 18,000+ operator-hours
- 4 platforms operating simultaneously cut facade completion time by 40%
- Monsoon disruption limited to 11 days total due to proactive weather management
- Client saved an estimated 20% vs. scaffolding by choosing suspended platforms
